About Us
1. Our Story
Title: From a Vet’s Vision to Your Pet’s Perfect Companion
Narrative:
In 2021, Dr. Emily Carter, a veterinarian in San Francisco, grew frustrated watching pet parents struggle with clunky, unsafe grooming tools. After a golden retriever named Max suffered a nail injury from a poorly designed grinder, she teamed up with tech engineer Allan Bruce to create TidyTails.
Working nights in a garage, they prototyped the first LED-guided nail grinder, tested on anxious shelter pets. By 2023, TidyTails shipped to 50,000+ homes and earned the 2024 B Corp Certification for ethical practices.
Mission: To empower pet parents with smart, safe tools that make grooming a joy—not a chore.
